1. Warranty Provider and Term
Serapis Labs LLC provides this One-Year Limited Warranty for eligible Serapis consumer products purchased directly from www.serapis.ltd. Coverage begins on the original purchase date and continues for 12 months. Proof of purchase is required.
2. What Is Covered
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship arising under normal use and in accordance with product instructions during the warranty period.
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover normal wear; cosmetic damage that does not affect function; consumable parts unless failure is caused by a covered defect; accident, impact, liquid exposure, misuse, abuse, improper storage, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification, disassembly or repair; use contrary to instructions; lost or stolen products; or damage caused by external equipment, power, transport after delivery, or events outside reasonable control.
4. How to Make a Claim
Contact [email protected] or use Product Support with the order number, proof of purchase, product name, serial number if applicable, description of the issue, troubleshooting performed, and useful photos or video. Do not return a product before receiving instructions.
5. Our Remedy
After assessment, Serapis may repair the product, replace it with the same or a functionally equivalent product, provide replacement parts, or offer another remedy required by law. Replacement products or parts may be new or professionally refurbished where lawful. The original warranty period continues unless applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Shipping for Warranty Service
For a confirmed covered defect, Serapis pays reasonable authorized shipping costs. The customer may be responsible for costs arising from an invalid claim, unauthorized shipment, inadequate packaging, or excluded damage where legally permitted.
7. Limitations and Consumer Rights
This is a LIMITED WARRANTY. It does not exclude, restrict, or replace rights and remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you. Implied warranties are not limited where applicable law prohibits limitation.
8. Pre-Sale Availability and Contact
