1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern access to www.serapis.ltd and purchases from Serapis Labs LLC. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
The website permits guest checkout and does not require a customer account. You must provide accurate contact, shipping, and payment information. If you have not reached the age at which you may independently form a purchase contract in your location, a parent or guardian must complete the purchase.
3. Products and Information
We try to describe products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary by screen, production, and photography. Product availability, specifications, packaging, price, promotions, and content may change before an order is accepted. Knowledge articles are general informational content and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
4. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable stock, incorrect price or information, suspected fraud, legal or shipping restrictions, or other legitimate reasons. If a paid order is cancelled by us, the affected amount will be returned to the original payment method.
5. Prices, Taxes and Duties
Prices are shown in the selected currency. Shipping is calculated from the destination and active shipping-rate rules. Taxes, duties, import charges, remote-area fees, and other amounts are shown where available before payment. Unless checkout explicitly states that duties and taxes are included, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, and similar local fees.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment method displayed at checkout. Payment is not final until confirmed by the payment provider and our backend. We do not store full card numbers or security codes.
7. Shipping, Returns and Warranty
Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Eligible products include a One-Year Limited Warranty, available before purchase on the Limited Warranty page. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with security, scrape or automate access without authorization, impersonate another person, submit malicious files, infringe intellectual property, attempt unauthorized order access, or use the services unlawfully.
9. Intellectual Property
The website, Serapis name and marks, designs, text, images, software and other content are owned by or licensed to Serapis and protected by applicable laws. No rights are granted except limited personal use of the website.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an as-available basis. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so is prohibited, including mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable loss arising directly from our breach and, where permitted, the amount paid for the affected product.
11. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by Wyoming law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country or region. We do not include mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver provisions in this version. Contact [email protected] with questions.
